  • You can try using encoded characters. %2D is the code for a hyphen

    adguard%2Ddns.io

    adguard%2Ddns.com

    I think it's worth a try, not sure if this will work.

    I think the original specification did not allow "-" in URLs. Perhaps it’s  some old code/API that’s being used to check the validity of the URL. I have a ".me" domain and email and some sites reject the email address with ".me" as the suffix.

    it is disappointing to see this long known of issue remains unresolved; a workaround is once signed in go to Web Safe Settings and use the old UI to enter the hyphenated address.
