Can't access GTA online Xbox One

 I have been unable to access GTA online on my Xbox for the past few days. I keep getting error messages. I have tried on my mobile hotspot and it works then. I also tried a different Wi-Fi, who’s also on virgin and it worked on. I have seen this has been a problem for VM customers, i have turned all parental controls off and every other device works. Looking for some help how to fix this.

    Sorry to hear that you've not been able to access GTA online. Does this happen on any other games at all or only on GTA?

    Can you advise what error message or what you see at your side when you try to access the game?
