Cannot Transfer O2 ID
I have just joined Virgin Media on a 24 month contract for broadband only. As I have begun setting up the account, I keep being told that 'We've found your Virgin Media account. However, this account is linked to any email address that's different to the one on your Virgin Media O2 ID'. I have never used a different email when dealing with Virgin Media and have therefore run out of attempts to set up my account. I have also tried to cancel m contract through the 14 day cooling off period clause but the issues with my account are also preventing this happening. Has anyone experienced similar and is able to offer any advice?
