Cancelling Uninstalled Broadband
I ordered a broadband package at the beginning of the year and after three engineer visits, Virgin have decided they can't install it due to the height of the building.
I have been in contact with them twice now to cancel the order and both times they've said they've cancelled it and I will receive confirmation within 24 hours only for me to have radio silence. I don't have the patience to call up and wait over an hour for a third time, what can I do? Do I need to get the ombudsman involved?
