Can Virgin remotely reboot router in modem mode?

I am out if the country and suddenly cannot communicate with devices on my local network at home (Hive, Ring, Tapo etc) which I think means my local network needs a reboot.  At home I’d power everything off and back on again, but clearly can’t do this.  My Virgin router is in modem mode - can Virgin remotely force this to reboot (may not solve problem if it’s my own router that needs reboot - but would be worth a try)?

    They probably can, but a VM staff member will get to your post in a day or two. I’ve rebooted my hub remotely, but I do have two ISP connections.

    Sorry to hear of your connection concerns whilst you're out of the country. We no longer have the ability/authority to perform a reboot on our side, unfortunately, so we wouldn't be able to perform this request for you over Community Forums.
