can an employee here help connect my wifi pod from my old hub 3 to my new hub 5?

    Hi kai2001 

    It can take a day or two for  member of the forum team to pick up your post.

    You can call the equipment activation number on 0800 953 9500 and ask them to pair your new hub.  You will need the model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers from your hub and pod and also your account number

    Can VM get their finger out and always re-pair VM Pods to a replacement VM Hub as a SOP.
