Can’t access Hub 4 settings page

I like many others are having the same issues with my HUB 4 can’t access the settings pages when logging in. Comes back with a blank screen.

Virgin please help!

    Try a 60 second press on RESET & then leave the Hub 4 powered on to revert to the shipping condition.

    Once the Hub 4 restarts, totally avoid use of the VM Connect app.

    Has the Hub 4 reconnected with a working menu at http://192.168.0.1/  ?
