Virgin Media are fully aware of the current high rat of Hub 4 Router mode menu failures
that also results in the VM Connect app stopping working as well as the VM Pods going off line.
What would be helpful at this point is :
1) Advice all of the Froum MOD team on the issue and stop giving customers the run around.
2) Advise all of the Telephone Customer Support Team of the same and again stop giving customers the run around.
3) Pull the last Hub 4 software update that appears to be at the root of this issue until such time as a fix is found.
With the last Hub 4 software update removed a 60 second Hub 4 reset might stand a chance of getting Hub 4 Router mode customer back on line and preventing a recurrence of the same issues within days to weeks. - pinemanOn our wavelength
As of yesterday I can now access the hub settings😀 I don't know why it suddenly started working again as nothing has changed.
However VM Connect still isn't working😞

Perhaps the version of Software on the Hub 4 has changed.

Well nothing has still changed but it's now stopped working again and I cannot access settings or VM Connect. - pinemanOn our wavelength
Lots of loyal Virgin Media customers, including me, are reported to be suffering from this issue, as indicated in this and other threads going back weeks.
So far no viable solution has been proposed or even a real acknowledgement that the problem really exists..
Is it just too difficult?

We're sorry to hear you're having continues issues with accessing the Hub 4 settings page and the Connect App.
We're aware of an issue and this has already been raised to the relevant teams. They are working on this and once we have more information, we'll let you know.

Reset the Hub 4 and then do not use the VM Connect app. Does this give you a functioning Hub 4 ?

Thanks for the response but, no, it makes no difference. Back in May I started to get access to the hub but only for about a week☹️

If you had the VM Connect app installed on your mobile, it can access the VM Hub without warning.

I can't access the admin page of the hub at 192.168.0.1 with my laptop, but I can access it using my phone (Chrome on Android).
The difference I see is that the phone is using the 2.4 network while the laptop is using the 5G. In my setup they have the same name, so I had to go and check the network properties to see that.Maybe the hub doesn't allow connections to the admin pages using the 5G connection?

My computers are hard wired to the hub.

I too am having the same issue, rebooted the hub 4 3 times over the last 2 days and I'm still not able to log into my router, the hub 4 is a useless piece of kit, had more problems and internet issues with this hub than any other hub.
I have 1gb fibre and a very loyal customer but VM won't change my hub for some unknown reason, change of hub would solve so may problems, come on VM sort it out.

Hello - I am having same problem for past few months where I cannot access the settings for Hub 4 as it goes on white screen soon as password is provided. Can't change the WIFI password or get anything to work.
VM connect app is also not working since then. It just asks to troubleshoot all the time and does nothing.
To final nail in the coffin, all 3 WIFI max pods stopped working since last 2 days, blinking white continuously.
Probably, done 6-7 hub resets in past few months and one yesterday, no avail. Is there any end to it? I am unable to connect to wifi upstairs due pods not working or do anything. Please help.
