Can’t access broadband from vm connect so can’t scan house to get WiFi pods

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues with using the Connect app. 

    Has the Connect app ever worked on the device? If so, can you please see if the app is fully up to date with its available software? 

    If this still doesn't resolve, try clearing the cache/cookies, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. 

    Keep us posted with how you get on.
