Cabinet amp fault, can't get through to a human

Hi,

The amp in the local cabinet has clearly just failed. Went from "ok" service to TLOS and now only 1 upstream ATDMA channel and the modem is shouting (58dBmV power). Cabling in premises is fine. Can someone help to escalate this to actually get the right people involved please?

      Yes, I did that. And then ended up with the helpdesk people who don't know anything other than "reboot your router".

        So let them reboot your router and it not resolve the outage. Ask them what to do next...Sometimes you just have to play the game.

        If you run a self-test via the online status page, you may well find it offers to book a tech for you.

    It's best not to think you know why there's a fault, you sole aim must be to get a tech booked.
