Broadband problems in ub5

There is a problem with broadband in ub5. This fits seem to be known, well I say that but the service starus page, when you can actually access it, only sites that TV is affected. Earlier today a resolution date of 19th Feb was shown, but now everything has died virgin seem to think it's been fixed. The poor support people can do anything. Despite registe to ing for updates, nothing. This service is pathetic. Lack of communication is appalling. Why is it when things go wrong, virgin just seen to shut down, much like their website?

    Yeah huge outage at the moment according to Down Detector. Try calling 0800 561 0061.
