Broadband outage

Down Detector only has about 50 outage reports at the time of the original post.
Given the number of VM Connections that is quite minimal.

Country wide outage? so far it's working for me

Sorry to hear of the connection issues experienced, we understand the frustration issues of this kind can cause and appreciate you letting us know via the forums.

It's been a few days since your post, is the outage still ongoing? Have you been able to check our Service Status Page for any known area faults as opposed to Down Detector? Have you spoken to the team since posting?
