Broadband Issue

My broadband is not working.

I have run the online checks, restarted my hub multiple times, been on online chat (resetting another couple of times), and told to phone Virgin Media to investigate further.

Having called, and been on hold for around 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone, my call was disconnected by Virgin Media…..this happened twice, so an hour wasted so far, and 3 hours in total trying to get the issue resolved.

Very disappointed with the service received and I still have no broadband…

    Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

    Also it will take one or two days for a VM Mod to respond here on the Community Forum.  If your need is urgent, just keep ringing in the fault.
