Broadband and installation
Engineer installed 1gig broadband but did not place where our previous supplier hub and was gone before we could connect up our appliances - unable to get any contact c Virgin to get this rectified have had to connect via tp links to hifi / streamer / ski box and now have no landline phone
broadband we do have cuts out constantly during the day requiring constant resets - check on app and tells us there is a problem and eventually gives info of number to call. call number and it sends a text sending us back to the app - so can’t get hold of anyone to speak to and can’t get engineer to place hub in the correct place !
