Hi broadband team
The broadband cable coming from the house is now a trip hazard as the neighbours have taken down an old wall which it ran at the side of and there isn’t enough slack for me to move/bury it. Can someone please contact me to arrange for someone to come out and resolve the issue. I’m concerned it’s going to get damaged/someone will trip over it. I have contacted VM to report both on the 14th Feb and 4th March this but no response as of yet!
