Just today it’s kept changing the channels all by it self and we have no idea why. It’s done it once or twice before, it only randomly bringing up the info for whatever was on. I’m not really sure what to do, any ideas?

Sorry to see you're having issues with your box randomly changing channels, this certainly is odd 🤔 We'd recommend signing in via our service page here. You can then run a fault test with the equipment to see if this helps. If needed, there should also be an option to have an engineer booked.

What is this box of which you query - I'm presuming a VM TV box? In which case, is it a TiVo, V6 or TV360?
