Blinking red

I have had VM for around 10 days now. No issues so far untill about 5 hours ago. The hub 5 randomly started blinking red. I have done all the checks online about area issues - nothing. I have also unplugged everything and plugged in again. It still keeps flashing red. On the VM connect app it says hub not found either. I work from home and need to have this up and running in around 6 hours time. Can someone help ?

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

    Note there are no SLA's on a residential contract, so if WFH is a must, then a backup plan should be in place.  Maybe a 30 day rolling data SIM for tethering?

    As an aside, is this a Hub 5 or a Hub 5X?

    I am sorry for the issues you've experienced with your service.

    I've taken a look at our systems and can see you have managed to get this resolved since posting. An engineer was able to come out to you and your service is now showing as online ๐Ÿ˜Š
