Hi there, I live in a first story flat and have been looking to switch my broadband to Virgin. Using the availability checker, I found two addresses in the list which could be correct, one that contains my flat number and another which contains the downstairs tenants' flat number, but which is recorded as 'upper story flat'. Apparently no package is available for the address with my flat number, but they are available for the 'upper story flat'.
I strongly suspect that these addresses relate to one and the same property. Can Virgin clarify if this is the case? I don't want to order the package and have my neighbours get cut off!
