Hi, I have not received anything , have been wrongly billed 2 times and cannot log in to my account cause I dont know my area code.
My post code is N16. Please could I get some help? Thanks

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your billing and have been unable to log in to My VM.
You can find the area reference on your contract. This would have been emailed to you when you joined.
For N16 - the area reference is 15. Give that a try and let us know if you have any further issues.

The contract has not been emailed to me.
We aren't able to give you this over the forums but I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.
Once security has been passed we can then ensure the contract is resent to you.
