Hello all.. 

I would like to sent a huge thanks you and acknowledgment to the boss/leadership of Leicester engineering team for Joe 16440..

top guy, sorted out my internet although his job, but went above and beyond checking and changing absolutely everything that could have been slowing down my internet - also explaining the situation so easy to understand for non tech buffs like myself.. if all engineers were top notch as such I think virgin would be flying higher and experience fewer call outs as all issues would be rectified on first call out.
