58 registered disconnections in a month acceptable?
Yes same here. Several disconnections daily. Been happening for a month or two now. Definitely Virgin Media’s end as my router is in modem mode and disconnects from their network. Unless the modem is faulty.
it’s hard to get an email contact to submit a complaint with all the times I have recorded of the disconnections.
we are in the BD18 area.
