I am having exactly the same issue (with a hub 5). The problem only started 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I am only 2 months into a new 24mth contract.

Yep, VM is 'aware' and 'supposed' to be looking into it. Happened after a hub update, (as usual!!VM manage to mess up everything!!)
Weeks later, no replies from mods, and it's all gone quiet over there. (hoping that we'll stop 'pestering' them to fix it (Not even sure they know how to themselves?)
