16 consecutive T3 timeouts

Hello,

Please help, for the last couple of days I've been getting intermittent service:

 

21-10-2024 12:47:02critical16 consecutive T3 timeouts while trying to range on upstream channel 8;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    Sorry to hear of any service issues. There are no area issues/outages showing.

    The Hub is currently showing in Modem Mode. If you can pop it in Router Mode for us to do full checks that would be amazing, also the uptime is over thirty days, so could you please reboot it for us and then re-upload stats?
