Web safe is no longer blocking adult content. I am able to access sites on all devices in our household. I have reset the router, but this has no affect. I have turned off and back on the Web safe setting, with no effect. I have also followed the link from other posts to ensure it's showing up as virgin media. Any advice to sort this would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with blocking adult content.
As you have already every possible way to fix this,
I'd like to take a look into this for you in a bit more detail.

If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

Thanks for posting here about the issues you've had.
I can see my colleague has already replied to your thread here: Web safe settings not working
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
Have a look at my colleague's reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
