Got Broadband connected with Virgin Media. attempted to Turn off Websafe option but the options just go round in circles. End up back on same page no toggle like in YT help videos.
Rang Customer Support and asked if they’d do it. Rang back again little later and they say it’s off.
im not able to stream any movies on free apps.
any help appreciated

Set your device to use a Public DNS such as Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 this will bypass Web Safe.
If you have an Android device that can use Private DNS use : dns.google
