Parental controls not working

I’m absolutely sick and tired of parental controls not working.

we switched to virgin 6 months ago and no matter what we try the parental control does not work I’ve reset all devices and hub and still doesn’t work it’s quite frustrating this function should be working at all times.

    In the meantime manually set the DNS on the device(s) to use Cloudflare Adult and Malware DNS filters, 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3
