Parental Control - Will Not Save Changes

H, 

Can anyone assist? I'm trying to set up parental control for certain sites, however every time I try to save the changes the site tells me it cannot save.

I have tried the App and tge Virgin webite using my Tablet and PC using 3 different browser (Edge, Brave and Chome) with no luck.

For a service provider you would think Virgin would at least gets its own website working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello - I have too tried to change parental settings over the past three months. I keep getting the message "changes not saved" and to try again. I have tried the app and different browsers. Went on to Virgin Help who told me they had sorted it their end and could put restrictions on for me - which didnt go on. Months later still trying to get it to save with no joy. No point in having this essential security
