Volt Speed Query

I am an existing O2 customer who joined VM 3 weeks ago with a new Broadband & TV deal. I was told by the sales team that as I am with O2 my broadband speed would be doubled under "Volt". O2 has but VM has not and despite my best efforts this has still not been resolved. Who do I need to contact to get this addressed

    Does the address shown in MyO2 and My Virgin Media match up correctly?

    Info below is from the 'How do I apply for my Volt benefits?' sub section  https://www.o2.co.uk/virgin-media-o2

    If the address on your Virgin Media broadband account matches the address on your O2 mobile account, your Volt benefits will be added automatically within 14 days. This will happen unless you were already a customer of both before 18 October 2021. In this case, youโ€™ll need to go into My O2 or My Virgin Media to activate your benefits. If they donโ€™t match, you can edit your address in My O2 and My Virgin Media.

  • My address is correct and this has now been 3 weeks so I do not understand why this has not been actioned automatically as you say. O2 have applied tge volt benefit for my mobile with a week, why have VM not done so after 3 weeks?

      Hello mike7519.

      I'm going to take a look at this for you in a bit more detail if you don't mind. The upgrade should have happened if the O2 side had been completed.

      I just need to pass security first if that's okay by private messaging.

      If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
