Volt speed boost not applied to broadband.

Signed up to VM broadband and service activated on 6th Dec. Volt benefits applied to O2 account, but like many people on here the speed boost hasn't been applied to my broadband service. Did contact VM support over 2 weeks ago about it but nothing happened yet.

Hopefully support can reach out to me on here and sort it.

    It usually takes around 14 working days for the VM side of VOLT to get applied.

    Check the conf settings on the Hub. It will show what speed has been provisioned.
    It's Configuration tab - Primary Downstream Service Flow - Max Traffic Rate.
