Volt Double Speed not applied

I have been an O2 customer for a few years now.

I moved to Virgin 17th June.

I linked my accounts, however  I am still waiting on my Volt benefits.

    Sorry to hear you are having an issue getting your Volt benefits applied
    Can we just ask if all the details match on both O2 and Virgin Media.

    Email address?

    Mobile number?

    Full home address in the same format?
