Volt Broadband Speed Upgrade Not Applied
I am with Virgin Media and my girlfriend is with O2. We both live at the same address, and our accounts are registered at the same address.
We activated the Volt benefits via my girlfriend's O2 account, and O2 have applied the volt benefits to her O2 account, but no sign of my Virgin Media volt benefits having been applied.
Can anyone please help with this?
