Upgrade not applied to account

Hi,

I upgraded to 1 gig broadband and new router.

Finally delivered today.Set it up but speed exactly the same.

Checked my package online and it’s still the same one even though my contract has expired

    Sorry to hear of the confusion around your package and speeds, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

     

    From checking we can see the speeds to the Hub are showing as 1101Mbps download and 104Mbps upload, when you have checked the speeds have they increased since your post? Were they tested over a wired connection?

     

    If changes are made it can take a few days for the online account to update and show the new package.
