Volt broadband speed not upgraded

We have the M500 package and O2 shows that the volt package is successful and our data has been doubled on our mobiles but our broadband package has not been upgraded. How do we resolve this?

    Hi Devonrose25 

    Once the O2 data has doubled it can take a further 2 weeks for a broadband speed boost to be actioned. Have you been waiting longer than 2 weeks since the mobile was boosted?

  • I have the opposite problem. My o2 data hasn't doubled but my Virgin speed has so I guess I'll be on at o2 in the morning.
