We're sorry to hear you're still waiting to receive Volt benefits on your husband's phone. We're only able to check the Virgin Media side of the Volt benefits from here. If they've been applied, there isn't anything more we can do I'm afraid.
As long as the address on your husbands O2 account is the same address then you can apply the benefits by logging in to the My O2 online account. Once logged in, you can opt in to the benefits and they'll usually be applied within 14 days.
If that doesn't work, get in touch with O2 for them to manually apply the benefits for you. You can reach them here.
