Volt Benefits

I signed up to Virgin Media because they promised to double my broadband speed, o2 data and guaranteed that I would get WiFi from every room in my house. 

So far I still haven’t been upgraded and don’t get WiFi in some areas of my house. Has anyone else experienced this, or no how/ when the upgrade is applied. It’s been almost a month. Also, I only live in a small 3 bedroom house so not sure why I can’t get coverage everywhere
