I have M500 and an O2 contract. My O2 contract has already added my Volt benefits, but Virgin has sent nothing to even acknowledge my eligibility. How do I activate volt on my Virgin package? I also require pods as speed in bedroom is 3mbps and 23 in kitchen.
I can't find anywhere that actually allows you to order pods, just articles telling you that 'you can order a pod' but not how to. Very frustrating.

We can help with both of your requests here on the Forums, I'm sorry that you've been having some trouble ordering your first Pod though!
If your speeds in those rooms are below 30mbps then you'll definitely benefit from our WIFI Max Scheme, once you've got your Volt Benefits added you'll be eligible for up to 3 free WIFI Pods. We can only send one out at a time, but once you've got a good mesh network in your home you'll really notice the difference.
