Volt benefits
I upgraded my VM account on 19/11/23 following an enquiry into Volt benefits and new package became live 19/12/23. I have an O2 mobile (migrated from VM) but can't am unable to register for Volt benefits on either the VM or O2 websites (both give unable to access account details errors) or just go into a page loop.
Can anybody advise/assist?
