virgin media keep calling my phone but it doesn't connect

I'm getting 10 calls a day!  I called the sales team they don't know anything about it.  I placed an order a couple of days ago online and have no email confirmation, nothing, no installation date.  Virgin say there's no order been placed.  I was put on hold for half an hour what's going on?  

I know the order was placed because my internet provider has received a switch notice.  It looks like I'll be without service soon.

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
