I’m in the same situation and have been for nearly three months.
O2 insist that Virgin Media haven’t accepted a request that O2 have sent to Virgin Media to activate/confirm i’m eligible for double data. I’ve told them time and time again this is not a Virgin Media issue. They won’t have any of it.
Next step now is Ofcom/ombudsman
