Thought I had a free sim with o2 but I am being billed by them

Hi,

When I took out my original volt package I was under the impression that I would get a free 02 sim but it seem like 02 have been billing me for sometime. Please could someone clarify the situation? O2 were very unhelpful

    Welcome back to the community forums

    Sorry to hear of your concern with your O2 sim billing. 

    If your package you signed up for had an O2 sim then this would be billed separately by O2 and would be separate contract you would've received from O2 when taking out the Virgin Media deal. 

    You should see that the O2 sim isn't shown as included in the Virgin Media contract. If you have it differently, then please do let us know and we can investigate further.
