I have exactly the same issue, please could someone look into mine. I'm on an M350 package and should be upgraded to M500. My O2 data boost was applied a couple of weeks ago. Thanks

I’ve got the exact same problem, I’m on m500 waiting for it to be boosted but nothing 3 months into a new contract. O2 sorted my mobile data boost and everything there side within 24 hours of my contract going live. also I was given a discount on my monthly subscription by the sales person but for some reason virgin haven’t included that either.
