We're sorry to hear you've not received your Volt boost on the VM side yet. Once you've activated this from your O2 online account, it usually takes 14 days for everything to be processed. If you're still within this timeframe, please wait until the 14 days have passed. You'll usually receive an email to let you know once the benefits have been applied.
If it is already passed the 14 days, pop back and let us know so we can help further.

Hi I have waited the 14 days with no speed increase could someone please look into this for me?

Hello,
I took out an 02 contract in September and received my data increase but I am yet to receive the speedboost from VM. I have looked all over the website and on my account but any information or links that look like they may have further info do not work.
Anyone else had this sorted??
