Odd One

Can someone confirm VOLT please. I used to live with my partner and we had VM and O2 at our address, he has since moved out and I would like VOLT adding to my account but for some reason it still shows its active but I havent got the speed boost?

    Sorry to hear about the issues with getting Volt activated. Were able to run a few tests from here and can see your Hub is getting Volt 1 Gb which would indicate it's been applied from our side.

    Do you also have the benefits applied to your O2 account?
