O2/Volt Help

I currently have 2 contracts with O2, one for my phone and one for an Apple Watch. I’ve paid off the Apple Watch now so I’m cancelling the contract. However, I had a text today after giving a 30 day notice period, that because I’m leaving O2, I’ll no longer receive the supercharged benefits. But I’m not leaving O2, I still have a phone with them. I’m just concerned because my bill will more than double without the discount.
