Not getting Volt benefits
Hello
I signed up with VM over a month ago on an M500 package and shortly after decided to also switch mobile to O2 (for slightly more money than my existing provider) because of the Volt benefits and the step up to the next speed level.
O2 quickly upgraded my SIM data allowance I patiently waited the 14 days for the VM boost to happen but nothing has changed with my VM speeds. My name and addresses are the same on both accounts and O2 shows on the app that I’m all “all signed up” and I should get the VM speed boost.
I’ve tried calling and been promised an email or call back within 24 hours or 3 working days neither of which I’ve received. The agent said they could tell I was a VM and O2 customer and should be getting the VM speed boost.
Please can someone let me know how I can get the Volt benefits activated on VM.
