No volt boost
Can you please tell me When do I get my volt boost on virgin media from 125 mb to 250mb . My o2 account was volt boosted last week .

Sorry to hear of your concern that Volt hasn't been applied to your Virgin services yet. This can take up to 14 working days to be applied on our side.
If it's only been a week since your O2 was boosted, then it might take a little longer for this to be updated on our side. Please do let us know if you cannot see the change after 14 days and we can investigate this further for you.
