New package

After speaking to 5 different virgin crap sales members,  they offered us a package. 

Movies with UHD missing, tnt + (premier sport  never asked for ) sky sports missing , Netflix full package missing . 1 gig net (talk anytime landlines 

Never asked for ) I asked to reduce it as we Don't use it .

    Just to clarify for us please, is this a new customer sale or are you an existing customer taking a renewal deal?

    Have you accepted a deal, and the contract received isn't as discussed? Or are you unhappy with a deal that's been offered however have not accepted a contract as of yet?
