New Giga volt router not received

This is my first post, and unfortunately, it’s regarding an issue I’m currently facing. I recently signed up for the Gig Speed package, and my equipment was scheduled to arrive on December 5th. However, it is now December 21st, and I am still waiting.

The Yodel tracking status shows that the parcel is still with the sender, but Virgin Media has confirmed that the equipment was handed over to Yodel on December 3rd. This delay is becoming increasingly frustrating and difficult to understand.

  • It probably is still with VM owing to an ongoing warehouse access issue. I would work on the basis of a January resolution.

    Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated.
