My mum mis-sold 02 sim

My mum has just realised she has been paying £27+ for an 02 sim card which she never needed/used as she has a pay monthly contract with Tesco as she is an employee 

She has left virgin because her and my dad split up and she is currently classed as homeless

can you advice how we can find out the information connected to this sim and where she stands on getting a refund as it was never activated

    VM usually will point you to O2 for queries around their SIM’s

      OK thank you i just don't know why they have been charging her for a sim that she never activated

        Sorry to hear of the confusion around your mothers account and the O2 SIM, we understand the confusion and appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

         

        It may be that the SIM was part of the Virgin Media deal taken, these are branded as Volt packages and include an O2 SIM card, this will all have been stated on the original contract and paperwork received regarding the package.

        We don't have access to O2 systems so to speak to them you would need to contact them directly, their contact details can be found here.
