Missing order help
I have now tried twice to upgrade my package from within my account.
I'm selecting an O2 SIM which then gives me double data and a broadband speed increase thanks to qualifying for Volt.
I receive an email confirmation and contract docs..but then nothing. I placed this order on 10th Jan and chased after two weeks. I placed it again on 26th Jan and VM help again have no reference of it. Is there a step I am missing to do with Volt registration by any chance?
